The Museum relies on contributions from people like you! If you have a collection of antique or special toys that you would like to see preserved for future generations, please contact us!
The Toy Museum can not operate without donations from our generous friends. Your tax deductable donation is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to The Toy Museum of NY!
180 Smith Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201
Please note the Museum can only be seen by attending our theatre shows on weekday mornings and select weekends. Tickets must be purchased in advance either online or by calling the museum. The After School Program is open in the afternoons for registered students only.
Established in 1999 by Marlene Hochman as The Doll and Toy Museum of NYC, we changed our name to The Toy Museum of NY in spring 2009 with the coveted distinction, by the New York State Department of Education, as the holder of the only New York Charter for a toy museum. We are a certified 501(c)3 non-profit educational museum featuring touring exhibitions and educational programs. Our mission is to educate the public on the importance of dolls and toys in our culture, history and art.
